A new camp starts, a location still has free places, or you invite to an open day - news like that matters most to families living nearby. Until now you had to pull the master export and filter the addresses by zip code in Excel.
The radius export does this for you: choose a location and a radius, and Bookacamp delivers every customer living within that distance as an Excel list.
Choose a location, click a radius
You find the export under Exports > General in the custom exports. The selection lists every location Bookacamp knows the position of - from its map coordinates or its zip code. Below are five buttons for 10, 30, 50, 100 and 200 km. One click downloads the list.
A clean list for your newsletter tool
The list contains title, salutation, first and last name, email address, zip code, city, the distance to the location and the date of the last booking. It is sorted by distance and can be imported straight into newsletter tools like Mailchimp, Brevo or CleverReach.
- Customers with the same email address appear only once.
- Addresses on the blacklist or the newsletter blacklist are left out - whoever unsubscribed stays unsubscribed.
- Customers without an email address and anonymized records are not part of the list.
How the distance is calculated
Bookacamp measures the air-line distance between the location and the center of the customer's zip code. No addresses are sent to external services. German zip codes are considered; customers from abroad are not included.
A note on advertising emails
Advertising emails require the consent of the recipient or, for existing customers in Germany, the requirements of § 7 (3) UWG: you advertise your own similar offers, you pointed out the advertising when collecting the address, and there is no objection. You find this note right next to the export as well.
