Booking after the start: negative booking deadline 2026-10-15
For courses, holiday care and multi-day offers
With the forward time you decide until when a session can be booked. A value of 24 means: bookings are possible until 24 hours before the start, then the booking form closes. So far, the start was the latest possible moment.
For many offers that does not fit. A course running over several weeks, a five-day holiday care or a camp where latecomers may still join on the second day: here families should be able to book even after the first day.
Negative values allow bookings after the start
Enter a negative forward time and the session stays bookable beyond its start. With -48, for example, bookings are possible up to 48 hours after the start. All other checks remain: if the session is fully booked, unpublished or archived, nobody can book.
- For all sessions: in Settings, Booking system, Sessions, field Forward time.
- For a single session: when editing the session in Deadlines and cancellation. This value takes precedence over the account setting.
Positive values work as before. So you can keep single sessions open after the start and stay with the usual deadline for all others.
